Rehearsal Dinner

Receive 10% off your rehearsal dinner if you hold both your rehearsal dinner and wedding reception with us.

Once you have confirmed a date for your event with us, we will create a contract based on the information regarding your needs. Your next step will be to sign and date the contract and fax or mail it back to us. Upon signing, we will require a non-refundable deposit which will be applied to your final balance and a credit card for last minute additions to guarantee the hold on the event space required for your wedding reception. There is no penalty to transfer the reception to a different date within twelve (12) months. A final balance will be determined when the final guest count and selections are given two (2) weeks prior to your event. If any additional costs arise after the final balance is made, such as tapping an additional keg during the reception, the charges will be charged to the credit card you supplied us with.

Regarding lodging, your guests will receive a discounted rate (when a block of rooms of 10 or more are reserved) in a standard double queen room which will be held on a courtesy hold until one month prior to your arrival. We will create a group block specifically for this purpose. Please let your guests know that they will need to call to reserve their rooms personally. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be honored on a space-available basis at the current rate of the day. Plus don’t forget to reserve your complimentary bride and groom suite with us at the same time! (This must be done as soon as your event is booked as this is based upon availability.)
